As Field Supervisor for LinkUp, Robert Morrison’s technical knowledge is extensive and varied. 

Beginning in the late 1990’s as a board op for Host Communications, Robert quickly developed a passion for remote broadcast engineering and, later, satellite technology. By 2001, Robert was repointing satellites for Kentucky News Network during the week and acting as technical director of Quest Community Church in Lexington, KY on weekends. In 2008, Robert was recruited by Doss Technical Services as both a remote broadcast and satellite technician.

Robert joined LinkUp Communications in 2017, utilizing years of satellite installation and troubleshooting experience to lead the Field Installation team. At LinkUp, Robert performs most field operations, including site surveys, and uplink and downlink installation. He also participates in both the design and preparation of each installation project, as well as reviewing and completing a checklist of tasks on site.
